China Telecom CTExcel users won’t be charged for data they use to access the NHS COVID-19 apps and NHS websites

Now, customers of China Telecom’s CTExcel mobile phone cards can find the latest information from the UK National Health Service (NHS) completely free. When they visit NHS online services and the NHS COVID-19 apps they won’t be charged for data use, even if they have already exhausted their mobile data allowance (zero-rating).
