Our fault Reporting hotline provides 24-hour customer support, seven days a week.

The following information will be required for fault diagnosis and resolution:

  1. CTE circuit number
  2. The name and contact details of the person who we can contact for our fault diagnosis and testing
  3. Details of the fault

For fault reporting, please press #2 after the language selection at IVRS. Our engineer will be delighted to offer our help at any time.
